Fiber Arts Festival Wrap-Up
It’s always disappointing when you go to a lot of work and then Mother Nature decides that it’s time for some nasty Iowa weather. Especially when there was so much neat stuff to see!
I took a bunch of pictures last night before we tore everything down — if you have a few minutes and want to see some cool quilts, knitted items, crochet, and more — take a peek!
Thanks to everyone that brought something for us to display, that helped with the lunch or the ticket taking/white-gloving as well as everyone who did brave the weather to see the show. We’ve got lots of ideas for next year (including maybe trying to find a different (warmer) weekend on which to schedule the event!

SO sorry I didn’t make it to the exhibit! I’m so frustrated not being able to see all those wonderful works… I looked forward to going on early Friday morning, but on Thursday I started to feel dizzy plus terrible headache. By Friday, I can barely get-up:( I blame everything on the first sight/sign of snow!
Nevertheless, thanks so much for taking and sharing great photos. I enjoyed browsing them all. I would love to submit entries again in the years ahead so keep on posting details.:)
